Welcome to Hombakazi Vintage Cabin! We're delighted to offer shipping and delivery services for our beautiful, elegant, and classic women's vintage clothing. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and delivery:

 

Shipping Destinations

- We currently offer shipping to addresses within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Shipping Methods and Costs

- Standard shipping is normally R120. To celebrate Women’s Month, this fee is waived automatically for orders placed from 1–31 August 2026 with delivery addresses within South Africa.

- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error or the item is faulty.

 

Order Processing Time

- We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-4 business days on readily available items and 2-14 business days on pre-order items upon receiving the order. However, please note that processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders and other factors beyond our control.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

- Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or postal delays.

 

Order Tracking

- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.

 

Delivery Address

- Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
