- Hombakazi Vintage Cabin ("HVC") is an online store selling women's vintage clothing. The business was founded in Port Elizabeth, now known as Gqeberha, by Mbukwashe Zwide. HVC is described as a "nostalgic fashion movement" and is premised on vintage inspiration. Some pieces may be authentically vintage, while others may be heavily influenced by vintage trends. One thing all our items have in common? They are all certainly beautiful, elegant, and classic.
- By placing an order with HVC, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices for products listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods specified on our website.
- HVC reserves the right to change product prices and specifications at any time without prior notice.
Shipping and Delivery
- We offer shipping to addresses within South Africa. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 business days on readily available items and 1-14 business days on pre-order items, though delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and other factors beyond our control.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from HVC. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
