Welcome to Hombakazi Vintage Cabin! We're delighted to offer shipping and delivery services for our beautiful, elegant, and classic women's vintage clothing. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and delivery:
Shipping Destinations
- We currently offer shipping to addresses within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- We offer standard shipping of R120 for all orders. Subject to change when calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error or the item is faulty.
Order Processing Time
- We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-4 business days on readily available items and 2-14 business days on pre-order items upon receiving the order. However, please note that processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders and other factors beyond our control.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or postal delays.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.
Delivery Address
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Attempts
- If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the package, a delivery notification may be left at the delivery address. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collect the package from the designated delivery location within the specified timeframe.
Shipping Restrictions
- Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to refuse shipping or impose additional shipping charges for orders containing restricted items.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been dispatched to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.
