Welcome to Hombakazi Vintage Cabin! We strive to ensure that every item you purchase from us meets your expectations of beauty, elegance, and classic style. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return or exchange an item. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds:
Eligibility for Returns
- You may return an item for a credit note or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at 076 996 3975 to request a return authorization.
- Please include the following information in your return request:
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Description of the item(s) being returned or exchanged
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error in processing your order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your return, for example Courier Guy, Aramex, PEP and /or Postnet. As we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.
- Alternatively, we can book the return/pickup ourselves with our courier, customers can send a shipping fee via EFT to our bank account that will be shared via our WhatsApp Business number 076 996 3975 on request.
Credit Note
- Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your credit note within 2 business days.
- Credit Notes will be issued to the email used to place the order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error or the item is faulty.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting a return authorization.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a credit note for the returned item instead.
Final Sale Items
- Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please refer to the product description or contact us for more information about final sale items.
